Our practice
Wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care directives, prepared with you and reviewed by an attorney before you sign.
Divorce, custody, support and agreements, with steady counsel when your family is changing.
Estate Plan
Estate plans are prepared for a flat fee, quoted before any work begins and set out in your engagement letter.
Open your plan in the client portal, or book a consultation first. Either way, an attorney is assigned to you.
The guided workbook asks one question at a time and saves as you go. Your draft documents build themselves from your answers.
When you're ready, send your plan to your attorney. They review every answer and draft, and call you with any questions.
We schedule a signing appointment. Witnesses and a notary are provided, and you leave with your plan signed and in place.
We keep a scanned copy of your signed documents and return the originals to you, or hold the original will in our vault if you prefer.
Client Portal
The portal's workbook asks one plain question at a time, saves as you go, and works on a phone. Your draft documents build themselves from your answers. Nothing is final until your attorney has reviewed it with you and you've signed at our office.

Resources
Living trusts are sold hard, but for most households with modest assets a will, beneficiary forms and the right deed do the job for far less. Here is when a trust earns its cost, and when it doesn't.
A durable financial power of attorney lets someone you trust keep the rent, the mortgage and the bank accounts running if illness or an accident stops you. Here is what it does, why choosing the person matters most, and the safeguards worth knowing.
A health care proxy names who speaks for you; a living will says what you want. Why you need both, and why it helps to put your wishes about feeding tubes in writing.
Visit or call
Two blocks from the New Haven Green. Metered street parking on Orange Street; the Temple Street garage is a five-minute walk. The building has an elevator and step-free entrance.
